Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason.
You can initiate a return or cancellation directly through your customer account under "Orders". Simply select the relevant order and follow the steps to submit your withdrawal request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request is submitted.
Return shipping costs:
- Customers in Latvia: return shipping is covered by us.
- Customers outside Latvia: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
A restocking fee of 5% of the product value will be deducted from your refund. This fee is disclosed in advance in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to your original payment method.
General Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as received: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@prokeeper.lv. Returns must be sent to: Ropažu iela 19A, Riga, LV-1039. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items We cannot accept returns on custom or personalized items, perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at info@prokeeper.lv.
